HAUPPAUGE H. Lee Dennison Building SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER OUTREACH OFFICE
You will find the H. Lee Dennison Building on Route 347 in Hauppauge, just west of the junction of Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) and Route 454 (Veterans’ Memorial Highway). The building is adjacent to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles; it also has a Vietnam War memorial in front of it. After you get to the lobby, tell the guard you're going to the 11th floor for an appointment with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which is in the Office of Minority Affairs.

From the East: Take the Long Island Expressway west to Exit 57. At the end of the ramp, make a right onto Veterans’ Memorial Highway/Route 454. (OR, take Nesconset Highway/Route 347 west, past Smith Haven Mall, through Smithtown. Pass the ‘Jersey jughandle’ for Route 111.) Get into the left-hand lane. The H. Lee Dennison Building is about 2 miles from this point. Follow the signs, and it is across the highway.

From the West: Take Northern State Parkway east, all the way to the ‘end’, where it meets Route 454. (OR, take the LIE west to Exit 55, make a left onto Motor Parkway, then a right onto Willet’s Path. Make a right off Willet’s Path onto Route 454.) Very soon after the traffic light at Old Willet's Path, follow the signs and make a right turn into the Dennison Building. Once inside the building, there will be signs to lead you to the workshop.
